My boss went completely silent after seeing my fully upgraded workstation…

Just moved into a new office, which means it was time to properly set up my desk again!

As a landscape designer 🐶, one thing I won’t compromise on:

I can move offices, but comfort is non-negotiable ✨

-

The most comfortable (and eye-catching) part of my setup?

A 27-inch monitor in landscape + a 16-inch screen in portrait.

Mounted side by side on an arm, my coworkers actually asked, “Where did you buy that fordable screen?” 😂

The secret is—SWELIX dual monitor arm.

It instantly opened up my entire desk layout.

-

The two screens connect seamlessly, yet each one adjusts independently.

When I’m working on large scenes, everything stays at eye level.

When I’m refining details, a gentle pull brings the screen down to meet me.

Neck strain? Not a thing.

▪️ Sitting, standing, or leaning back—there’s always a comfortable angle

After long design sessions, I stand up to stretch and raise both screens to keep working.

When overtime hits (or the occasional break),

I tilt them slightly into a “viewing mode,” lean back in my chair, and catch up on a couple of episodes…

This arm is basically the most thoughtful desk companion— it supports every posture, rock solid.

▪️ Clear desk, clear ideas

The biggest surprise was how compact the base is.

Space that used to be eaten up by bulky stands is now home to my favorite functional decor pieces.

With a 9kg weight capacity, both screens float securely.

Once the desk feels clean, my thoughts feel clearer too.

▪️ Installation? Moving-day friendly

On setup day at the new office, while others were still wrestling with cables,

I clipped the arm in place and tightened the base in about three minutes.

When the floating screens lit up, even my boss stopped to stare in silence for a good while (I’m guessing it sparked some interest 🤫).

Honestly, there’s no need to hire a designer.

When the tools work with you, your desk naturally becomes an inspiration station.

Now coworkers stop by all the time to “learn the setup,”

and my boss… still quiet—but yesterday, he quietly asked me for the link.
