Free Shipping on ALL Orders 

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $99. For orders below $99, a standard shipping fee applies. Free Shipping is available to most global addresses, with the exception of remote areas.

 

Delivery Time

1. Goods available in our US or German warehouses: Estimated delivery: 3–7 days

2. Goods not available in our US or German warehouses: Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days, depending on your shipping address and the selected shipping method.

3. Pre-sale items: Delivery time follows the schedule shown on the product detail page.

We currently ship to the USA and all 27 EU countries, including:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Multiple Items in Your Order?

We aim to ship all items in your order together. However, items may arrive separately based on their individual shipping options. As each item is shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details.

 

Changing Your Delivery Address

Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need to update it, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Note: If the provided address is incorrect and causes the package to be lost or undeliverable, the customer will bear the responsibility for the loss, as Swelix cannot offer a replacement or refund in this case.



Received the Wrong Product? 

We take quality control seriously and thoroughly inspect every order before shipping, including product details and packaging, so instances of incorrect items are rare. However, if you do receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team at support@swelixco.com. We’ll respond within one business day and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority and our ongoing commitment.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please kindly note that import duties, taxes, and any related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
