At Swelix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it arrived in good condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items:
Swelix will issue an exchange or a full refund, including shipping fees. Please contact us directly for assistance. (Attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing the original packaging and the damaged part.)
Undamaged Products:
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives at Swelix’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. (Original shipping fees & return shipping fees will not be refunded.)
Return Info
- Items must include original packaging.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, Swelix refunds the cost of the product itself.
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
What You Can’t Send Back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
- All custom products do not support returns.
- All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. (Only applies to products marked with a non-returnable label.)
- Used products are not returnable.
How to Return and Refund?
- Step 1: To start a return, please contact us at support@swelixco.com. (Attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging.)
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and relevant information.
- Step 3: Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse for inspection. Refunds will be credited back using the same payment method used in your original order. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on your payment method and bank.
